Perfect for both families and couples the villa consists of 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, enter through the large patio doors to find a bright and spacious open plan living room and kitchen. The lounge has a large comfortable leather sofa and chair, air conditioning a flat screen TV with Internet TV, there is a large choice of UK channels, films and sport available to view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast bar. The ground floor has a double bedroom with a King sized bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and a family bathroom with a waterfall shower, WC, twin sinks and a hairdryer. Located on the 1st floor is the master bedroom with king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, patio doors leading to a balcony and an en-suite shower room, WC and washbasin. There are a further two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and a separate family bathroom with a waterfall shower, WC, twin washbasins and a hair dryer. The outdoor area has been designed for your comfort and hosts a covered built in BBQ and dining area, perfect for al fresco dining. The 7m x 3m pool is electrically heated during the winter months.
